How Home Try-On works

At checkout, select the Home Try-On (Up to 4 Frames) shipping option.

3 Confirm & pay

Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your frames and collect the 400 EGP fee via InstaPay.

4 Try at home

Try your frames while our courier waits outside. Keep the ones you love and hand back the rest.

Please read before ordering

Home Try-On Policy

Up to 4 frames per request. You can select a maximum of 4 frames per Home Try-On order. Orders with more than 4 frames will be adjusted by our team before confirmation.
400 EGP service fee. The Home Try-On service costs 400 EGP per request, covering delivery, pickup and handling of your try-on frames.
Paid in advance via InstaPay. Our customer service team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and collect the fee via InstaPay. Your frames are prepared and shipped only after payment is received. Orders not paid within 24 hours are cancelled automatically.
Non-refundable fee. Once paid, the 400 EGP fee is non-refundable, including if you decide not to buy, cancel after confirmation, refuse the delivery, or are unreachable during delivery.
Try-on while the courier waits. There is no extended try-on period. Our courier waits outside while you try the frames, then collects the frames you don't keep. Please return them in the same condition, with their cases and packaging.
Damaged or missing frames. Frames that are damaged or not handed back to the courier will be charged at their full retail price.
Fee deducted from your purchase. If you decide to keep one or more frames, the 400 EGP fee is deducted from your purchase total. Your final frames, including any prescription lenses, are prepared as a new order.
When we refund the fee. We refund the 400 EGP in full if we cancel your request, can't deliver your selected frames, or the frames arrive damaged.

How much does Home Try-On cost?

The service fee is 400 EGP per request, paid in advance via InstaPay. If you buy, it's deducted from your purchase total.

You try the frames while our courier waits outside, then hand back the ones you don't keep.

Is the 400 EGP fee refundable?

No, the fee is non-refundable once paid, but it's deducted from your total if you buy. The only refund exceptions are if we cancel your request, can't deliver your selected frames, or the frames arrive damaged.

How do I pay the fee?

After you place your order, our customer service team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp and share our official InstaPay account details.

What if I don't like any of the frames?

Simply hand them back to the courier. You're not obliged to buy, but the 400 EGP service fee is non-refundable.

Can I get prescription lenses?

Yes. Once you choose your favourite frame, we'll prepare it with your lenses as a new order.
