Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in-store with the original invoice within:

 

• 14 days from the invoice date for in-store purchases and the delivery date for online orders.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days for items with manufacturing defects.

• All ophthalmic lenses cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Items must be in the same initial condition, unworn, in their original packaging, and unscratched.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as in the original transaction.

Online orders Returns

If returnable items are bought with non-returnable items, only the returnable item will be returned.

For orders paid with cash-on-delivery, the refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account or in-store within 3-7 working days.

Shipping fees (where applicable) and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchange is welcome for in-store purchases including accessories, sunglasses, and optical frames.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it in-store with the original invoice within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in the same initial condition, unworn, in their original packaging, and unscratched.
Frames that have already been fitted with lenses can be exchanged for a different model if they meet the above-mentioned conditions.
The customer will bear the cost of the new lenses and the difference in price for the optical frame if applicable.

Online orders exchange:
If you wish to exchange a returnable online purchase, you can return the purchase in-store and then make a new purchase towards the desired item.

Comfort Guarantee

Progressive lenses bought in-store can be returned.
If you are not able to adjust to them comfortably, you are welcome to visit the store within 60 days of purchase along with the original receipt, and we will exchange them for two pairs of lenses (one for reading and one for distance).
The replacement pairs must, however, be similar to the original progressive lenses in terms of Index, Treatment, Coating & Measurement.
