Sales Representative
Responsibilities

Evaluate customers need and build relationships.

Meet personal and team sales targets.

Recording orders and sending details to the Lab.

Advising customers about delivery time and after-sales service.

Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads.

Attend meeting, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments

Negotiate and handle complaints or objections.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Create frequent reviews and reports.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.

Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
Requirements

Proven sales experience .

Familiarity with different sales techniques.

A computer uses competency.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven.

Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Bachelor degree or equivalent.
